Meet Shonda

Shonda Moralis, MSW, LCSW, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, is a psychotherapist, speaker, perimenopause educator, and workplace consultant. She is the author of the award-winning Breathe, Mama, Breathe: 5-Minute Mindfulness for Busy Moms and Don’t Forget to Breathe: 5-Minute Mindfulness for Busy Women.
For the past 30 years, Shonda has supported women through life’s evolving seasons — from new motherhood to work-life balance to menopause. Her expertise has been featured in Forbes, Working Mother, Psychology Today, and CNBC, and she has appeared on numerous TV segments and podcasts.
Shonda now brings menopause education into the workplace, helping organizations strengthen productivity, retention, and engagement of female talent. Through workshops, small-group mentoring, and consulting, she empowers high-achieving women navigating perimenopause to feel like themselves again — so they can get back to running the world.
She lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and two kids, loves to play outside, endeavors to practice what she preaches, and is perennially fascinated by what makes people tick.

I believe...
Midlife is hard, messy, complicated AND beautiful, fun, and purposeful.

High-performing women run the world (in spite of the patriarchy).

We absolutely can play big without burning out.

Life balance is not just possible, but optimal.

5-minute daily habits are unassumingly powerful and effective.
