I work best with patients seeking to collaborate on goals and who are willing to step out of their comfort zones to explore new ways of thinking, understanding, communicating, and experiencing life. With over two decades of experience, I understands and honor that each person comes with a unique situation and background. While using an eclectic and individualized approach, I draw heavily on Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I enjoy working with older adolescents and adults, specializing in the treatment of anxiety and stress-related disorders, parenting issues, and life balance.
  • 50 minute all-virtual sessions 

  • Private pay fee due at conclusion of each session

  • Investment: $175 initial intake session. $150/session thereafter

  • Insurance reimbursement invoice available upon request
